Assistant Manager - Full-time

Rockin' Jump, a new indoor trampoline park, is opening in Westerville, Ohio. We provide to children and adults of all ages fitness disguised as fun. A fun place to work.

We are looking for a Manager and Assistant Manager for our park. The candidate should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to multi task. 

Major Areas of Responsibility

? Park Operations

? Park Profitability

? The hiring, training, development, promotion, counseling and termination of Staff members

? Staff work Schedules

? Park Cleanliness

? Safety of customers & employees

? Ensure all established Processes and Procedures are followed

? Responsible for Performance management.

? Customer Relations

Primary Objectives:

? Ensure the safety of the customers

? Ensure the Park is profitable

? Management and scheduling of staff

? Ensure Staff are properly trained and fulfill their responsibilities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

? Extensive knowledge of Retail Management skills

? Extensive knowledge of handling personnel matters

? Budgeting and math skills

? Excellent communication skills

? Exceptional Customer Service skills

? Computer and Internet savvy

Education and Experience

Minimum AA Degree, BA, BS Desired Prior retail store experience in either an assistant manager or a store manager position.

Physical Demands

? Required to stand for long periods of time.

? Required to walk and move around constantly.

? Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

? Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.

? Required to talk or hear.

? Occasionally required to bend, lift or climb.

? Occasionally required to lift heavy weights (50 pounds or greater).
