Position Purpose: The Manager - Vendor Management Systems (VMS) Admin. is responsible for managing contingent labor system and processes for the organization as well as managing direct reports to accomplish goals. This includes data integrity management, workflow design, implementation support, reporting and analytics, performance, client adoption, system design, configuration, and testing. Also includes support with analyzing and resolving complex problems associated with platforms, hardware and applications software. This is a highly technical role that requires knowledge of VMS platforms and processes used frequently by organization members.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- 20% - Design: Supports the Director in new business deployment for implementation. Manages the design/development of modifications to existing functionality. Supports integration design efforts for various supportive or System of Record (SOR) data integrations. Designs new contingent Labor VMS processes.
- 20% - Analytics: Leads analytics, dashboard, and operational reporting solution design. Uses data to then innovate existing VMS so that business needs are always met.
- 20% - Process Mgmt: Owns contingent Labor VMS processes, including establishing and executing against the technology strategy across the organization. Detailed understanding of contingent Labor VMS processes and innovation needs to keep up with the constant change of the organization.
- 20% - Technology Mgmt: Demonstrates a proactive approach to ensure all existing and future features are reviewed, prioritized, and deployed ensuring program strategy and user adoption are considered. Diagnoses and solves technical problems that involve contingent Labor VMS processes. Scopes projects, interprets business needs.
- 10% - People Management: Oversees the creation of and at times builds advanced reports and dashboards for executives and high profile presentations. Develops subject matter expertise in recruitment metrics and analytics domain, inclusive of Program data as well as industry data and market trends.
- 10% - People Development: Develops direct reports and provides support for developing trainings for new VMS processes and changes to existing platforms.

- Prior management experience preferred Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field of study Strong knowledge of reporting writing, analytics, and system administration
- Experience with Contingent Labor VMS Knowledge and experience in Human Resources, Vendor Management, Procurement, or Staffing
- Ability to manage multiple direct reports, assisting with their training and development
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced formula writing within Microsoft Excel In-depth understanding of system implementations and integrations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills The individual in this role must be flexible and at ease in a complex management environment
