Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative duties and projects including file management and organization, research, correspondence, reports and arranging / managing meetings, calls and other appointments. Help coordinate / manage vendors and other employee tasks.
- Scheduling: Managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and coordinating events.
- Creating and maintaining key spreadsheets
- Supervise handyman services, repairs, basic home / closet / garage organization supplies stocked, etc.
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-2 years in a customer service/front desk role.
- Ability to multi-task and handle rapidly changing priorities with frequent interruptions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to represent the company in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner at all times
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and display a strong focus on attention to details and time management
- Creative, self-starter, able to take ownership of their position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
