Installation Support

Rapidly growing Houston based flooring company is looking for someone who can multi task, pay close attention to details, can work effectively and efficiently with little supervision. Must be very reliable, punctual, and be willing to learn new things. Must be able to work well under pressure and be able to communicate comfortably and professionally with customers and salesman. This is a warehouse setting using a menu based DOS system. Job duties to include but are not limited to: Preparing installer packets Making sure all product is here Ordering product if needed Ordering stock products weekly Sending completed paperwork to our other warehouse Confirming installs with customers Confirming repairs are completed Making and updating spreadsheets Qualifications: -High school diploma -Proficient in Word and Excel -Proficient in 10-key -Must be organized -Must have good customer service -Must have good math skills Work environment: Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30pm, business casual office atmosphere Compensation: Hourly pay, 401K, medical, dental, life insurance, and paid vacation If interested, please email resume with the subject line "Installation Support"
