About this job
Project Surveyor will work in the office preparing detailed survey documents including topographical studies, ALTA s, boundary descriptions, easements and construction document components.
The candidate may go in the field from time to time, as needed, to assist the survey crew or review completed drawings.
Prepare staking plans and coordinate schedules for survey crews.
Research courthouse documents, final distribution of documents and possibly delivery of documents as necessary.
Visit sites as required, may interact directly with clients, contractors or regulatory agencies.
Respond to incoming client business development opportunities and work with teams to further develop the opportunity and enhance the client relationship.
Education/Professional Requirements: Bachelor s degree in surveying and 2+ years experience is required, with appropriate progress toward achieving P.S. status preferred.
