Budget projects and responsible for overall project profitability


Create master project schedule


Coordinate subcontractor schedules


Facilitate progress meetings with owners and subcontractors


Monitor job progress


Calculate and present change order proposals


Interface with owners to evaluate change proposals and value engineering options

• 10+ years’ experience in commercial construction estimating • Review plans and specifications relative to the scope of work • Responsible for bid solicitation to subcontractors and pricing of all divisions of work • Material take-offs and quantity verification for each scope per subcontractor bid • Develop conceptual budget estimates • Site visits to determine existing conditions and verifying correct scope of work • Assist in RFI’s and shop drawings
