What will I be doing?
A Bilingual Travel Agent Team Lead (Japanese/English) with Hilton Grand Vacations will be responsible for offering one-stop-shop services to guests and owners by arranging air, room, and car reservations while providing leadership and support to the travel agency team members. Directly works with marketing and owners to coordinate their travel needs to increase package sales, qualified tours and VPG. Assists Travel Agency Leadership with day to day operations, including training/coaching agents, increasing contacts and booking, scheduling, reporting, etc.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in Japanese (speak, read, write)
- Intermediate English language skills (speak, read, write)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Korean (reading, speaking, writing)
- Experience in SABRE or similar GDS software
- Previous travel agent or travel industry work experience
- Previous supervisory experience
