Production Supervisor -- 2nd Shift - Full-time / Part-time

Need experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor -- someone with proven skills to lead an organization. A problem solver and team builder....one who puts others first and knows how to lead.

Position is in Covington, KY.

• Supervises and coordinates food processing activities of assigned production lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise up to 40 team members.
• Meets customer quality requirements by working effectively with Q.A., QC, sales and other departments.
• Accomplish yield objectives set forth in the business plan.
• Accomplish PPM objectives set forth in the business plan.
• Control labor for assigned area(s) (attendance, assignments, flow, etc.).
• Support the implementation and maintenance of an effective associate retention and training plan.
• Support continuous improvement effort in the facility.
• Accurately report production data.
• Promotes GMPs and food safety.
• Ensure proper training of new team members.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of Supervisor experience
• At least 2 years of production, or manufacturing experience
• Sense of urgency
• Excellent communicator and motivator
• College degree preferred, or equivalent supervisory experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer experience- Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
