AtWork Group is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to join the AtWork corporate headquarters in Knoxville, TN.  AtWork is a leader in the franchised temporary staffing industry, growing at an unprecedented rate.

Markets services by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports.

Job Duties include:

·         Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; proactively exploring new opportunities to grow and market the AtWork brand; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

·         Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing forecasted needs; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations.

·         Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.

·         Plans concept by studying information and materials.

·         Uses professionally regarded software to illustrate concepts by designing the layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

·         Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval to the AtWork management team.

·         Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.  Prepares final print and online layouts.

·         Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc where necessary.

·         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

·         Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

·         Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

·         Researches competitive services by identifying and evaluating characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

·         Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

·         Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications; attending trade shows; etc.  Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
