Essential Job Functions
Assist cooks with food production
Follow menu and production sheets in the daily preparation of meals
Maintain assigned stock and ensure proper rotation of product within assigned area of operation
Maintain established standards for station and equipment cleanliness
Operates cash register
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years food service experience
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
- Ability to relate positively with customers, vendors, and co-workers
- Ability to read and write
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
