Sales Support / Account Manager

Architectural Metals company is currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager / Customer Service Rep for their Alpharetta, Georgia location. Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years in an Account Management role. Experience with interior commercial construction or building materials industry a plus! Also, highly prefer candidates with the ability to read blueprints / construction drawings.

 Compensation: $40-43,000 / year + Benefits!

In an Account Management Role, the job consists of the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing clients and their need for products
• Understanding product lines and offerings and assisting clients with their product orders
• Receiving and taking orders and inputting them accurately into the database (Order entry)
• Allocating inventory and working as a liaison with the warehouse to monitor through manufacturing
• Handling any special product requests &/or pricing requests
• Processing Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s) as needed
• Marketing responsibilities as needed

Account Managers candidates should also meet the following requirements:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years in an Account Management / Customer Service role
• Experience with interior commercial construction a plus
• Self-starter attitude
• Solid communication skills to work with internal departments and vendors
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
