Restaurant Manager

This is a tremendous restaurant management opportunity in the Minneapolis hotel market for an experienced leader who will manage the day-to-day operations of the 100 seat full service restaurant located within the 248 room Ramada Plaza Minneapolis Hotel.  Located 3 miles from downtown Minneapolis, with easy access from I35W, we are in a prime location for the business traveler, the sporting enthusiast, downtown shoppers, and University of Minnesota visitors and guests to name a few.

We are looking for a self starter to motivate staff, lead by example, and infuse the standards of service in a remarkable hospitality environment.  Demonstrated experience in managing staff, revenue generation, controlling labor/supply costs, and developing guest relationships are vital components of this position.
