Bakery Lead

Emphasis in this position is to assist the Bakery Manager on ongoing department planning, execution and evaluation in order to ensure maximum sales and profit opportunities, effective cost control, efficient utilization of labor and strong customer service levels. This position is responsible for assisting the Bakery Manager in providing effective training, development and work direction for department associates and requires ability to encourage individual and group effort toward department objectives. Experience in Bakery setting is required.
