A St. Petersburg based law firm is searching for an energetic, personable and growth oriented person to serve as the Administrative Assistant to the owner of the firm. The right person for this role will be professional and interested in growing a career in a legal practice. This position is temp to hire and hiring immediately!
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and organization
- Outgoing, personable and enjoys working as a team
- Able to operate Microsoft Office programs
- Tremendous customer service skills, will be interacting with clients and potential clients
Responsibilities:
- Will be answering phones, handling correspondence and keeping the owner of the firm on schedule
- May need to gather information, data, forms or correspondence from clients to help assist with their case
- Will need to coordinate schedules with other attorneys in the firm to confirm meeting appointments, scheduling conflicts etc.
- Handle special projects as assigned by the owner of the firm
This position is ideal for a person with at least a 2 year degree looking to get a start in a legal practice who has interest in law or title. This position is designed for the person to continue moving up within the firm.
All candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
