About this job
Aerotek is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our client in Redmond, WA. Ideal candidates have the flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends, and are available during the hours of 6AM to 7PM. Representatives are not required to work all 13 hours in one day (overtime as needed).
Job Description
*Interact with consumers of all ages to assist with technical support questions regarding products and services.
*Answer questions over the phone and via email in order to provide technical assistance to users experiencing problems with setup, Wi-Fi connection, networking issues, inoperative games or systems, etc.
*Document and forward consumer comments, and record feedback.
Requirements
*Good listening and questioning skills
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
*Ability to summarize a discussion
*Ability to follow instructions
*Ability to learn and apply technical concepts
*Ability to use the computer to do research
*Knowledge of how to set up a Wi-Fi network and connection issues
*Strong technical skills
*Strong typing skills
*Ability to multitask
*Have schedule flexibility
*Be 18 years of age or older
*Have high school diploma or equivalent
*Have reliable transportation
*Authorized to work in the U.S.
*Give consent to and able to pass a drug screen and background check
Duration
All positions are contract positions that could last up to 48 weeks (11 months). There is no guarantee that positions will last the full 48 weeks. Start dates vary.
Pay
$13 per hour
