JOB DESCRIPTION: This family performs routine clerical duties requiring limited knowledge of systems or procedures.

" The program Analyst is required to act as a liaison between client and utility. They will communicate with clients (already established, no sales!) Facilities engineers/manager on their current utility layout. They will go over the blueprints provided and take all details from the client with what they are planning to update. From there the PROGRAM ANALYST will review their internal program that let the client know available products to update and what the rebate amount will be. After updates have been completed they will facilitate an audit by a Leidos employee, and then provide all necessary documentation to the utility company. (paperwork will differ by client and utility company) The last step is to follow up with the utility company to ensure they are writing a check to the client, and then make sure the client has received payment.

Throughout this process the PROGRAM ANALYST needs to provide excellent customer service!"

-Responsibilities include: writing, typing, or entering information into a computer, preparing correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks, or other documents, copying information from one record to another, proofreading records or forms, sorting and filing records, processing mail, answering calls, conveying messages, running errands, and making copies of documents

SCOPE: Receives some instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments. Uses professional concepts to solve a variety of problems.

PROBLEM COMPLEXITY: Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature where judgment is resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

IMPACT: Decisions or failure to achieve results may cause delays in schedules.

LIAISON: Interacts daily with supervisor, peer groups, and customers. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information.

FREEDOM TO ACT: Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instruction on new assignments.

LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT: - KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITY: Having some knowledge and experience, able to handle unusual occurring job events. Choice of action requires more than common sense in that some training and experience is needed before knowing what to do under special circumstances.

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree Highly Preferred!
