Job Duties
- Taking inbound calls explaining health care benefits
- Responsible for handling inbound phone calls in a call center environment from health care beneficiaries (mostly Veterans).
- This will include customer service, data entry, administration and follow up functions.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM 1 year of call center experience
Health care experience preferred
HS Diploma/GED
