Come join a fast growing technical organization at Pratt & Whitney! The North Berwick Engineering Center is seeking several highly motivated candidates to work in the area of design. This is an opportunity to work on compressors, turbines, module assemblies, and bearing compartments hardware for both our Military and Commercial engine programs.

In this position you will provide design/structural engineering support on a variety of engineering tasks. Responsibilities may include general task management; creating technical reports; design support of tasks from preliminary design through detailed design phases and coordinating with others in advancing technology and process improvements.

This is an intern position, for the summer of 2017 and it is located in North Berwick, ME.

Qualifications Academic or previous technical intern experience designing hardware, analyzing test data, conducting finite element analysis or experience designing or analyzing gas turbine engine hardware a plus.

Candidates must have demonstrated strong teaming and communication skills.

Candidates must be US Citizens or Permanent Resident Aliens.

Education Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Structural Engineering required. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
