We are looking for Managers and Assistant Managers for our Dayton, Ohio locations!

Our Managers are generally responsible for:
-Overall performance of the store
-Managing staff and resources to generate maximum sales
-Recruiting and development of staff

Position requires minimum 40-50 hours of work per week, and flexibility in times/days available to work. Our service centers are open 8-7 Monday - Friday, 8-5 on Saturday, and 10-4 Sunday.

Must have:
* Valid Drivers License,
* Reliable transportation,
* Strong working knowledge of retail operations,
* Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision,
* Multi-task and prioritizing skills,
* Strong verbal and written communication skills,
* Strong people and interpersonal skills,
* Ability to coach, lead, develop and motivate associates,
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude,
* High school diploma or equivalent GED.
