Staffmark has multiple openings for Production Shift Leads.
Primary Duties:
- Train team members on production, quality control, and safety processes
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping and production records of team members; review shift schedules frequently to ensure team members are correctly documenting their time records
- Monitor, measure, and document performance of team members to ensure production goals are met; submit documentation to our Main Lead and/or On-Site Manager daily
- Perform and document random quality control inspections to ensure production standards are consistently met; submit documentation to our Main Lead and/or On-Site Managerdaily
- Motivate team members to improve individual performance
- Ensure team members consistently follow all company processes
- Document instances where individual team members fail to meet attendance, production, performance, safety or other company standards
- Establish rest/meal break lunch schedules, ensure that team members receive/meal breaks as required by CA labor laws.
- Review daily production goals and priorities with our customer's management team
- Keep our customer's management team informed of any issue that impacts production goals and priorities. Work with customer's management team as needed to adjust production priorities when needed

Requirements
Ability to motivate individuals and teams
Motivated self-starter
Experience working in a team production environment
Experience leading teams a plus!
Reliable transportation a must!
We have multiple shifts available- days, nights or weekends
Able to work additional hours/days upon request
Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, reach, pull, push, and lift 25-50 lbs consistently
Warehouse experience/skills a plus, but not necessary- your experience and ability to lead others is most important.
