Our Client, a Construction and Remodeling Company in Carmel, IN has asked us to help them find a Construction Leads and Helpers for direct hire positions. If you are looking for a company that wont lay you off in the winter, this is it. This company will keep you busy year round working on projects.

Experience that will put you at the top of the list for consideration includes:

• Carpentry (building structures, framing walls, forms for concrete).
• Finishing (fitting doors and windows, applying wood trim or paneling, laying wood floors, and fabricating built-in cabinets, staircases and ornamental woodwork).
• Install, design, connect, repair, or replace a variety of electrical systems, equipment, machinery, wiring, panels, and fixtures.
• Scrape, sand, fill, clean, patch and repair surfaces of interior and exterior walls, woodwork, and trim.
• Prepare a variety of surfaces for painting, including wood, metal, glass, plaster, stucco, wall board, brick and concrete.
• Apply undercoats and finish coats.
• Use brush, roller or spray gun to apply a variety of surface coatings, such as paint, varnish, shellac, enamel, lacquer or other protective or decorative finishes.
• Use, maintain, and clean brushes, tools and other equipment as required.
• Perform minor carpentry, digging, and cleanup duties related to the assignment.
• Use hand and portable powered tools, including: pliers, screwdrivers, snakes, power drills, reciprocating saws, screw guns, wire cutters, hammers, channel locks, wrenches, utility knives, levels, flashlights, electrical tape, drop cloths, tool belts, etc.
