Job Description:
All locations deal with inbound telecommunications providers
Work Environment:
-Call Center atmosphere
-attendance and performance incentives
-Relaxed Dress
-Laid back Environment Qualifications: While familiarity with telecommunications products is preferred, we provide full training on all products
Ability to commit to attendance and work ethic
Multi-tasking
Agents are required to navigate multiple systems and toggle between multiple screens while speaking to the customers
Communication
Agents must speak professionally and courteously Performance Expectations: -They ar egraded on first call resolution, attendance, quality, handle time and overtime.
- They must perform world class customer service
- 50-70 calls a day
- Ability to take direction and feedback and apply to their day. Interview Information: Application includes online assessment and should take approximately 30 minutes to complete (includes typing assessment)
Applicant will receive an email or phone call if they are selected for an interview.
If selected, the candidate may receive an offer of employment immediately following the interview (may also need additional review)
The selected candidate will then receive an email with a link to initiate the background check and print out a passport to complete a drug test
Any candidate not selected for employment will receive an email informing them of such
Once the background check is completed, the candidate will start at the specified site and time Additional Compensation:

Incentives go up to $2.50 hourly if all goals are hit and attendance is perfect.
