Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Sales Support or similar experience
- Prior ERP Experience
- Advanced excel skills
Responsibilities:
* Interact with Sales team and distributors on daily basis
Work with Sales team to provide quotes to customers
* Assist with Order & Inventory management for both a distributor & customer perspective
* Responsible for Inventory reconciliation
* RMA, order management standpoint
* Manage the return and return authorization process
* Data entry within ERP system, manage charge sheets
* Enter customer orders into ERP System
* Currently they are mainly paper processes driven as they are on multiple systems. They are working towards consolidating towards one ERP system(SysPro)
