We are seeking a Marketing and Communications consultant to play a critical role in defining, implementing and managing a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy to support an emerging R&D Advanced Technology Center (ATC) and its portfolio of product concepts. This role requires creativity and innovativeness to develop and execute business-wide informational campaigns across various audiences.  This position offers the opportunity to join an emerging department and work on new technology and digital health applications that dramatically improve the security, simplicity, speed, efficiency or experience of health care.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility is communicating the value, vision, strategy and activity of the ATC, it's portfolio and Insights to diverse executive leadership group
Establish and manage an internal communications platform and strategy for ATC inclusive of communication channels, protocols, standards and templates
Ability to create compelling narratives and communication materials that provide a consistent voice, image and brand specific to each business concept
Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of awareness campaigns and events (e.g. workshops, demo-days, stakeholder forums, etc.) of the ATC portfolio of projects
Develop segmentation and business channel targeting strategies to promote the overall R&D portfolio along with individual project concepts
Partner with internal Brand, Legal and Corporate Communication stakeholders to insure alignment and adherence to enterprise guidelines when applicable
Develop and execute strategies that leverage a variety of internal and external mediums (e.g. Corporate Intranet, Social Media, Blog Post, Ad Word Campaigns, Journal Publications, Email Marketing, trade shows, etc.)
Continuously measure and report on marketing and communications performance to key stakeholders
Collaboration with key R&D stakeholders (Leadership team, Technical Leads, and Business Leads) in development and execution of marketing strategies

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

8+ years’ experience defining and executing marketing communication strategies associated with healthcare, life science, or technical product development in highly matrix organizations
5+ years’ experience analyzing and making recommendations on social media insights
5+ years working knowledge of current analytics and data tracking software (e.g. Google Analytics, Domo, etc.)
Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
Strong oral, written communication, and content development skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers, including enterprise Brand and Marketing teams
Experience and advanced proficiency in preparing complex presentations leveraging a variety of software applications (e.g. Keynote, Power Point, Creative Cloud, etc.)  Experience with Keynote is
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within emerging technologies and growth industry sectors (e.g., AI, IoT, Blockchain, healthcare, life sciences, green tech)
Demonstrated success in an R&D environment and applying agile techniques in support of developing marketing and communication strategies
Understanding of user experience best practices
