A Real Estate Portfolio Manager (Listing Agent) is a real estate agent who is a key component to the entire real estate world. A Real Estate Portfolio Manager (Listing Agent) needs to excel in managing a group of real estate professionals while also serving an extensive portfolio of clients. Job Responsibilities

• Manage an extensive client portfolio by communicating with potential buyers and sellers about their current real estate situation
• Arrange real estate showings and open houses
• Lead clients through the real estate negotiation process and offer input and expertise
• Manage all terms of getting a real estate purchase to contract
• Maintain client relationships through communication, referral incentives and follow up
• Understand the local real estate market so you can be an expert in your field
• Manage all advertising and marketing for the real estate team
