Job Description

A Real Estate Portfolio Manager (Listing Agent) is a real estate agent who is a key component to the entire real estate world. Real estate attracts driven, self-motivated, ambitious leaders who want to see their management skills used to their fullest potential. A Real Estate Portfolio Manager (Listing Agent) needs to excel in managing a group of real estate professionals while also serving an extensive portfolio of clients. This management position is for leaders who have strong interpersonal skills and can work independently while motivated by their own ambition.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage an extensive client portfolio by communicating with potential buyers and sellers about their current real estate situation
  • Arrange real estate showings and open houses
  • Lead clients through the real estate negotiation process and offer input and expertise
  • Manage all terms of getting a real estate purchase to contract
  • Maintain client relationships through communication, referral incentives and follow up
  • Understand the local real estate market so you can be an expert in your field
  • Manage all advertising and marketing for the real estate team
