Ability to commit to attendance and work ethic
Multi-tasking
Agents are required to navigate multiple systems and toggle between multiple screens while speaking to the customers
Communication
Agents must speak professionally and courteously Performance Expectations: -They ar egraded on first call resolution, attendance, quality, handle time and overtime.
- They must perform world class customer service
- 50-70 calls a day
- Ability to take direction and feedback and apply to their day. Interview Information:
