As a customer service representative, you start with the basics… answering calls and other inquiries, building solutions to a variety of customer questions, concerns, or issues in a call center environment

These Customer Service representatives will be answering calls on benefits and Eligibility for applicants/existing clients. Their primary function is to accurately, completely and thoroughly answer, process and document inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.

Call Center hours of operation are from 11-10pm
Shifts are M-F
11am-7:30pm
11:30am-8pm
12am-8:30pm
12:30am-9Pm
