**1st Shift Production Welder**

A growing manufacturing company in Northern Indiana is looking to add Production Welders to their team.

They are currently looking for two 1st Shift Production Welders. This person will be responsible for loading tubing/piping into an North Alabama welder that will perform welds on the tubing/piping from there they will perform visual inspection of the welds to ensure they were done correctly. If they see any issues they will perform patch welds on the piping. 90% percent of the welding will be done by the machines. Individual will be trained to set up and operate the production welders. Candidates can expect to perform patch welding 10% of the time. All of the welding is MIG welding, most of the welding material is Carbon Steel.

Must Have:

• 2+ years of welding experience
• MIG welding experience on steel/carbon steel
• Performing quality control with tape measures, gauges, or calipers
• Equipment: Shield visor, steel toes that go over ankle, and chipping hammer

A typical work week will be Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM and Saturday 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM. You will be required to work 58 hours a week.
