OTG is offering opportunities in the following roles:
 
 General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Chef, Sous Chef, & Sommelier
 
 Be a part of the OTG Award Winning Team at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, TX!
 
Qualifications:
  • General Manager: Minimum 3-5 years of senior managerial experience in multi-unit high-end/fine dining or quick casual concepts
  • Restaurant Manager: Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in restaurants or retail - preferably overseeing single to multi-unit high-end/fine dining or quick casual concepts
  • Chef: Minimum 5-7 years in a kitchen leadership role of a fresh food, chef/high quality driven restaurant or luxury hotel.
  • Sous Chef: Minimum 3 years in the kitchen of a fresh food, chef/high quality driven restaurant or luxury hotel.
  • Sommelier: Minimum 2 years as a manager in a full service (table service with full bar) restaurant as well as possess solid knowledge of wines and wine making process
