SR Team Lead & Team Leads

Large Distribution Center, 2 locations, IMMEDIATE OPENINGS
Sr Team Lead and Team Lead positions available all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)

Qualified candidates will possess:
Previous Team Lead/Supervisor experience
2-3 years prior distribution/logistics experience with productivity reporting
Flexibility to work varied shifts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Above average Word, Excel, and Microsoft competency
Strong People Skills
Team Lead Pay $12-$14 /hr plus benefits, Sr Team Lead $15-$17/hr plus benefits. Overtime required during peak season.
HS diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 to 3 years supervisor experience required.
Supervise 10+ employees
Work day typically 10 hours per day Monday through Friday, some Saturdays required
Work floor, training new hires, meet and exceed production standards, attend production and staff meetings.
