We are immediately hiring for a project coordinator for a design build firm in Milwaukee, WI. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a construction related field.
***CANDIDATES MUST COME FROM A CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND***
Candidates will be working as a liaison between clients, project managers and customers. Candidates will be taking calls from various employees to direct the work to appropriate service/worker to accomplish the required resolution. Candidates will be scheduling putting together RFI and bids, planning weeks, billing projects, auditing orders, supplies, and equipment.
Candidates will have to work with incoming contractors to ensure they are following all safety/environmental/security protocol. Candidates will be in charge of keeping an excel spread sheet of projects. Candidate will help facility manager with developing capital projects.
