-Unloading packages, boxes, gifts, supplies, returns, from trucks and vans
-Scanning and reading shipping label for destination instructions
-Loading packages and freight onto conveyor system for distribution
-Lifting 20-75 lbs repetitively for the entire shift
-Similar to an overnight stocking position or merchandiser where there is high volume
