Responsibilities include:
- Invoicing contractors (ensuring packing slips, paperwork, items, etc. are all lined up and accurate)
- Employee payroll (weekly, 45 person company, most field plumbers)
- Support accounting with AP, payroll
- Answer phones
- Support Project Managers with administrative tasks and project tracking documents
Qualifications include:
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- 1+ year experience with invoicing and payroll
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills
