Warehouse Manager

Position Overview:

The Shop Manager is responsible for the overall safety, organization, functionality, and profitability of the shop and warehouse.  The Shop Manager ensures that all projects are completed on time and on budget.  The Shop Manager is the primary inventory and asset manager who supervises and performs warehouse duties related to incoming and outgoing assets as well as inventory accuracy and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule shop labor in accordance with budget constraints
• Train, lead, and manage shop staff
• Oversee quality control of all assets – maintain show-readiness
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the shop
• Maintain safety in the shop
• Assume responsibility and accountability for inventory integrity
• Maintains shop tools and equipment
• Facilitates asset staging for outgoing shows

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Demonstrated high ethical behavior, unquestionable integrity and character
• Experience in a service-oriented business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proven ability to analyze market needs to explore revenue opportunities
• The ability to successfully manage many complex projects simultaneously
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
