Must Have:
-Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within the medical or healthcare field, ideally where they've had to enroll patients into specific insurance or health/wellness benefit plans
- Experience in a call center setting making and receiving high volume calls
Job Duties:
- Responsible for inputting and locating participant information in member management system
- Will make outreach calls for scheduling and enrollment information
- Utilize Policy and Procedures for locating participant demographics when participants have been identified as unable to locate or no response
- Verify participant eligibility and diagnosis verification
- Input direct referral participant information to member management system
- Contact participants for initial assessment to identify program intervention level
- Contact participants for scheduling of Baseline calls and Home Visits
Environment
Shifts:
Candidates must have flexibility between the hours of 8AM - 9PM, M-F. Some days will be 8 - 430pm and others will be 11:30 -8pm, schedules will not fluctuate week to week (they are perm).
They will work rotating Saturdays from 830-5 PM, everyone will most likely work 1 Saturday/month
