Assistant Restaurant Manager - Full-time

We are currently looking for someone with open availability to join our team as a shift leader. Shift leaders would be required to have proficiency both in the back and front of house after training is completed. 

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Takes a proactive approach to Shift Management
Assists with new employee training.
Provides clear, specific, timely and respectful feedback to employees on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve shift performance. 
Discovers and responds to customer needs
Executes store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned. 
Follows Popeyes and CNR Foods operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees during each shift
Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by team. 
Follows up with employees during the shift to ensure the delivery of "WOW" customer service to all customers and that our guests are given that little extra "lagniappe" that makes Cajun Hospitality.
Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. 
Utilizes CNR Foods tools and systems to achieve operational excellence during the shift. 
Recognizes and responds to areas in the restaurant that are not up to Popeyes Gold Plate standards
