Avon, OH Company seeks a Business Development Specialist (Temp-to-hire for 90 days). Hours are 8:30-5:30, M-F, salary range is $40,000.00-$48,000.00/year based upon experience.

Requirements include:

         Bachelor s Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.

         Strong, demonstrable sales aptitude.

         4+ years minimum experience in telemarketing or sales.

         Drive sales activity and be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales goals.

         Heavy outbound business development calling and networking to identify and hunt for new business leads.

         Recruit, Onboard, train, mentor and motivate new reseller partners on product offerings.

         Convert existing resellers from marketing competitive brands to company s products.

         Drive the launch of new products and programs.

         Understand key initiatives, products and vertical markets served.

         Work with the company and distributors sales teams to expand Reseller base and close opportunities.

         Develop plan by region and customer segment to achieve revenue & goals.

         Increase revenue with existing and new Resellers.

         Increase number of resellers purchasing products.

         Minimum of 100 total outbound calls to net new & existing resellers weekly.

         Ability to self-motivate in order to achieve daily call volumes and monthly performance metrics.

         Product background knowledge of telephony, headsets, unified communications and data networking (Preferred).

         MS Office - 2010 (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and PC fluency.

         Travel up to 25%.
