Part-time (not Every Day) Baby-sitter Needed For 3 Kids

We need a babysitter for our 3 children; 4-year-old girl, 2-year-old girl, and 8-month-old boy. They are very friendly and love singing and dancing. They also love running outside in our backyard and pretend they are exploring. Babysitting will NOT be every day, nor will it include nights and weekends. It will depend on my husband s schedule, which we will provide once hired. But on the days that we do need a sitter, it will be from 2:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. We will need the sitter to come to our home as our children do better in their own house while someone else is watching them. Edit: It would be great to have someone that can commit to being long term part-time.
