A climate controlled manufacturer in Rogers, AR currently has several openings for Manufacturing Operators. These positions support the manufacturing processes in the plant in various departments. The company culture is a team environment where each person is ultimately responsible for their own contributions as a team in their departments. These positions are eligible for bonus opportunities based on performance.
Responsibilities:
-Assisting Machine Operation
-Monitor manufacturing processes
-Support for raw materials
-Support for packaging materials
-Mixing products for production
Requirements:
-Ability to do basic mathematics
-Reading a tape measure and fractions
-Strong attention to detail
-Good Hard work ethic
-Positive Attitude
-Desire to work in a team environment
Working Hours:
The plant operates 12 hour shifts 7- days a week. Shifts are days or nights with 3 days on 2 days off rotation.
Days: $10.40
Nights: $11.10
