On behalf of Hickory Farms, Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking Seasonal Sr. Store Managers to create the memorable retail experience that has come to define the Hickory Farms tradition of quality and excellence.
Benefits
- $500.00 Sign-on Bonus - paid at end of season!
- $25.00 / hour
- Weekly Pay
- Performance Bonus Program – earn up to $500 at season end
- Stay Bonus program: $4.00 for every hour worked during the season paid after season ends

As a Seasonal Sr. Store Manager, you will…
- Be the team leader for your locations at Serramonte Center and Stonestown Galleria
- Build a Customer Centric Atmosphere where the drive to achieve Sales Goals through Sampling and Selling is a key focus.
- Create a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere
- Achieve sales plans, maintain operational controls and customer metrics
- Recruit, interview, and hire Sales Associates
- Build and train Sales Associates in all processes of sales and operations
- Implement all Hickory Farms’ retail selling strategies and guidelines
Requirements
- Strong successful background in retail sales management
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds, kneel down, and stand for long periods of time
- Available to work required shifts and store open hours from now through December 2016 at both Serramonte Center, and Stonestown Galleria.
