Reporting to the Division Vice President of Operations, you'll provide leadership expertise to assigned franchisees in order to achieve short- and long-term Company/shareholder objectives. You'll use your knowledge of restaurant operations and staff resources to provide counsel, advice and assistance to franchise owners/operators to impact and improve sales, profits, and operating standards. Approximately 5,200 of our restaurants are operated by franchisees, and we'll rely on you to ensure the integrity of the Wendy's brand.

The responsibilities and qualifications described above are for positions at Wendy's International, Inc. company-owned and operated restaurants. A large percentage of Wendy's restaurants are independently owned and operated franchised Wendy's restaurants. Job descriptions, compensation, benefits and other employment terms and conditions applicable to positions at independent franchised Wendy's Restaurants will vary and are determined solely by the Franchisee.
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management or related field with 3 - 4 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations and franchising
- General knowledge of functional support areas including HR, Training and Development, Marketing and Finance
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to travel within your defined market area
