The Director of Enterprise Solutions will be responsible for achieving Enterprise Sales and Development group revenue goals, initially from pharmaceutical and insurance verticals. While working with data partners, clients, agencies, other MVPDs, and research frims, this position will maintain responsibility for proactively facilitating data-infused advertising campaigns for Spectrum Reach.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve revenue goals associated with 3rd party data-infused campaigns and Spectrum Reach’s pharmaceutical and insurance category clients.
Generate revenue by prospecting for new customers, curating new relationships, and working closely with clients, advertising agencies, and 3rd party partners to maintain and meet revenue goals.
Contribute to the development of new strategic account categories to create new programs for data-infused advertising opportunities.
Responsible for maintaining existing external relationships and developing new client relationships.
Work directly with agencies and pharmaceutical and insurance clients to create data-informed and effective advertising schedules.
Provide rates, create schedules, confirm orders, and provide post campaign follow up.
Work with existing operational entities to generate invoices for data infusted client Camapaigns.
Review daily make-good reports and make recommendations; monitor clearance.
Request weekly ad logs, check for accuracy and provide to clients.
With direct oversight from department supervisor, coordinate appropriate rate strategy and campaign executions
Present Advanced Media advertising opportunities to key decision makers at client, agency, and channel sales level.
Ensure accuracy of revenue recognition
Assist with the evaluation of additional data partnership opportunities/needs and communicate with internal and external research groups, industry organizations, and other sources of expertise.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Demonstrated record of exceptional leadership and strategic change development and implementation.
Proven ability to develop detailed work plans and execute under pressure
Must be able to work independently and deliver measurable results
Understanding of advertising industry, budgets and general accounting
A strong understanding of advertising principles, ratings, share, cost per point, cpm
Possess strong analytical skills and familiarity with broadcast ratings and research terms and tools
Must be a team-player and thrive in an environment that promotes strong individual skills that are easily applied to the goals of the team and company
Creative self-starter with the ability to proactively problem solve, work under pressure in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment; works on and completes multiple tasks at one time, meets deadlines, and self-recognizes and adapts to priorities that change often
Excellent and proven relationship-building skills
Strong written and demonstrated oral presentation skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple projects
Shows commitment to self-development and/or demonstrated desire to learn new ways of doing business, staying abreast of competitors/industry major initiatives, latest technology, etc.
Strong PC skills required, including solid working knowledge of all MicroSoft Office suite including excel and PowerPoint as well as a solid understanding of Nielsen, Arbitron, Tapscan and/or other related research products
Valid driver´s license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurance

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing, Communications, or related field
