We are seeking bright, innovative self-starters looking for a long-term position as a Customer Service Representative (Client Advocate) for a January 2017 start date. This position is in our Longwood, FL offices, just 14 miles outside Orlando.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 3-6 scheduled appointment calls per day with new clients to gather necessary medical and work history information to initiate their claim.
  • Educate our clients on the Social Security disability process.
  • Manage claims through incoming and outgoing calls with clients and departments of the Social Security Administration and various other sources to ensure timely processing while delivering quality customer service and results.
  • Establish trusting relationships with our clients so they feel supported throughout the claims process.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • Demonstrate empathy & compassion while speaking with our client base.
  • Proven ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment adhering to deadlines.
  • Ability to handle incoming and outgoing phone calls from clients or government agencies
  • Strong computer skills including ability to conduct searches and navigate the Internet.
    • Proven data entry speed and accuracy skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.

 
Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of customer service contact center experience
  • Insurance or Social Security experience a plus
  • Salesforce or other CRM (customer relationship management) database experience.
