Interested in being a Senior Analyst, Omnichannel at Aaron's? The Senior AnalysOmnichannel is a new position on the corporate strategy team reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Initiatives. The Senior Analyst will cultivate an authoritative knowledge of omnichannel platforms and leverage this deep understanding to provide valuable and pragmatic insights to guide key initiatives. The role will proactively highlight opportunities and risks build financial business case models to assess ROI, NPV and numerous ad-hoc analyses.

The analyst will contribute to high-profile analytics related to corporate metrics such as traffic, conversion, average cart/order size and return on ad spend. The role requires cross-functional partnership and the ability to leverage financial & business knowledge to influence senior leadership. The role will flex to support multiple lines of business dependent upon demand. This position requires the ability to be both hands-on with raw data as well as interacting with various business partners.

Job Duties:

Conduct in depth analyses of performance across a variety of strategic online and mobile projects, and present recommendations to team members, product owners, and senior management

Help define and recommend measurement, strategies, and reporting that will be used to inform key business decisions and drive a best-in-class customer experience while delivering profitable results

Accelerate the efforts of a cross-functional, lean enterprise team that bases decisions off of hypothesis driven development and validated learning.

Analyze variances in KPI's, present analysis to stakeholders, and assist in the development and monitoring of performance versus plan.

Analyze the efficiency of customer actions and the results of optimization and testing efforts. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive business results.

Analyze web site performance to gauge results of site enhancements and provide data-driven business insights.

Participate in the development of annual business plans and presentations for executive review meetings

Act as a liaison between IT, Marketing, supply chain and ecommerce teams to help enhance data capture, reporting, and analytical data marts in order to generate meaningful analysis about customer experience

Perform ad hoc analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements within the work area to management resulting in increased revenue and/or reduction of expense.

Position Requirements:

BS or BA degree plus 3-5 years of experience.

Proficient in SQL Server (and familiarization with writing SQL)

Experience identifying key data insights through traditional analytical tools or advanced statistical modeling techniques using SAS, R or similar tools

Excellent communication skills for conveying analysis and recommendations to a variety of audiences

Ability to develop presentations with proven data interpretation capabilities

Rigorous attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy of information and meet deadlines with little supervision

Must have substantial experience with Excel and PowerPoint

Financial analysis experience is a plus

Retail and e-commerce experience a plus

Experience with SEO measurement and optimization is a plus
