BANKING Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Summary:

Looking for candidates with previous experience as a teller or banker, to join a great team in a call center environment.

Job Description:

-Able to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from callers.
-Able to listen and effectively communicate by phone.
-Strong written communication skills.
-Strong organization skills and time management.
-Proven ability to multi-task, such as toggling between computer applications -while speaking on the phone with our -members.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Proficient in Windows environment coupled with the ability to operate office equipment.
-Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
-Must be bond-able.

Location: North Austin

Environment:

This is a larger credit union located in Austin. The position will be in a call center environment, with cubicle style desks. They are looking for professional individuals who are driven to support their customers and help up-sell their current accounts.
