About this job
Employees will be working with customers calling in regarding their accounts with Intuit Turbo Tax. They use a SmartView program that will video chat with the customer and share screens so they are able to walk thru customer issues and resolve on the first call.
Common questions:
- Inquiries about username
- Password reset
- Updating Billing info
- Suggest proper version of Turbo Tax per customer needs
- How to download/upload W-2s
- Where to find 1040 forms in the software
They will not be giving out tax advice and only helping customer with account information and how to use the program.
