Nationally recognized auto finance company in the Alpharetta area is currently recruiting for solid candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and previous customer service experience! Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree to be qualified!
- The position involves soft collections which requires employees to contact delinquent customers on accounts up to 45 days past due by using an automatic dialing method.
- Will be responsible for working with these customers on their accounts and assisting with payment arrangements.
Pay is $30,000 per year plus benefits!
Candidates should be flexible on their work schedule to work one of the following shifts:
Monday through Friday: 9AM – 6PM and 11AM– 8PM. They are required to work (2) late shifts a week and (2) Saturdays a month from 8AM - 12PM.
