The Senior Business Process Analyst will act as a liaison to corporate privacy, corporate exam management, and the corporate regulatory team. They will be responsible for reviewing, researching and tracking potential PHI incidents. They will handle various projects throughout the year such as working with the Business for DRG recertification, CA Fair Claims Training, SOC1, SOC2, HiTrust and SOX audits, client security assessments, and monitoring the businesses for completion of required training courses. They will need to train on regulations related to the Debt Collection Business, Fraud, Waste and Abuse, and be able to work with the businesses to assist them in any implementations and/or remediation of compliance processes as related to state and federal regulations.Primary Responsibilities:

Be the business subject matter expert, experienced in business analysis and requirements gathering
Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
Lead and manage customer readiness activities and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
Lead your business partners in the creation, implementation and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs
Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed
Works with less structured, more complex issues
Serves as a resource to others

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines.
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous work in debt collection or fraud, waste, and abuse is a plus
Previous work with project management is a plus
2+ years MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio Previous Healthcare Industry experience
