n behalf of Directions Research, Headway is hiring Customer Service Representatives (Market Research) to work on a short-term market research project. In this role, you will be conducting surveys with guests at a local restaurant in order to gather important information related to their overall experience. Pay is $15.00 per hour.
What you'll do:
- Work with the restaurant staff to identify eligible guests
- Approach guests and ask them to complete a short survey
- Explain the importance of the survey and overcome any objections in order to gain participation
- Assist participants with using a Tablet device, as needed
- Meticulously account for incentives given to participants
Dates and Times:
- Friday, Dec. 9th: 12:00pm - 7:00pm
- Saturday, Dec. 10th: 2:00pm - 9:00pm
- Sunday, Dec. 11th: 2:00pm - 9:00pm

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour
Candidate Requirements:
- Individuals who have an outgoing personality and are not afraid to approach strangers
- Qualified candidates will be dedicated to hitting the survey goals outlined for this project
- You must be available to work all scheduled shifts
- You should be self-motivated to work independently and follow specific directions
