RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The technician must be able to troubleshoot and repair all avionics systems in an efficient and safe manner and perform 91.411 as well as 91.43 inspections with minimal or no supervision.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Must have at least 5 years of recent line troubleshooting experience in the corporate aviation industry on Garmin products.
- Experience on Citation, King Air, Learjet recommended.
- Experience on Dassault, Gulfstream, Challenger and Hawker is preferred.
- Education must include some type of formal training like Military Avionics school, Embry-Riddle, etc.
- The technician must be knowledgeable on Garmin software: Autopilots, Flight Directors, Multi-Function Displays, TCAS, EGPWS, EFIS systems, Nav/Comms, Entertainment, Flitefones, DME/Transponders, FMS, ADF and Radar
